DELICIOUS alternative to cheesy fishy original (which I also am a fan of - I don't discriminate.. but I am picky when I can be)
Organic:
Lettuce, green onions, cucumber, celery, carrots, F.S.A. (ground Flax Sunflower Almond; RAW- Not Roasted&Salted), 1/2 Lemon Juice per Serving, Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids, Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
: )
One of The BEST things about this:
***it seems like a Caesar Salad dressing - at least in texture (from the nuts) and its SUPER HEALTHY & Vegan :) Nuts are a good substitution for cheese in a non-dairy diet.
Tempeh (fermented soy beans) w/ Soy Chorizo (from Trader Joes; to give better meat-like consistency & spice) used as a Meat Substitue :)
I am woman, hear me roar!
I became Vegan at age 16. And I even gave up my favourite things such as Eggs, certain cheeses, and Fish.
It has beiien an interesting time, on my road in wellness.
I have found what has been most favourable to me, and I have decided what I will leave behind.
The Best thing I have discovered is BALANCE (read: Indulge sometimes).
Hence the brie.
To-day I love to eat Fresh farm eggs (Never Fridgerated!!), unpasteurized goat cheese, and wild caught salmon.
I love to live & to Eat responsibly.
